SHIPPING
UK - We always aim to ship your order within 7 days of the order date. Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the package and will always be sent by First Class Royal Mail with tracking and insurance so should arrive within 1-2 days of the dispatch date.
International - Shipping is charged dependent on your location and the weight of your order. This will be visible at checkout. Your order will be dispatched within 10 days.
RETURNS
KNG & Co requires the following conditions to be met in order to qualify for an exchange or return:
- Item must be in the original condition as sold
- Notification within 14 days of receiving the item
- Item in original packaging
- Buyer responsible for cost of return unless the item is faulty
- On request of a refund (excluding postal charges) the purchase price will be refunded to you via the original payment method
- A cancellation will be accepted within 24 hours of order and refunded within 7 days
WARRANTY
KNG & Co does not offer warranty unless the watch is still under it's original manufacture warranty
